Judge Napolitano BOMBSHELL: This Is How Obama Got Around US Laws To Spy On Trump
Fox News Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano went on Fox & Friends to dispel some liberal myths. First, as has been widely reported, there are numerous definitions of “wiretapping” as well as numerous ways to do it.
Judge Napolitano claims “three intelligence sources” say President Obama went outside the loop to use British spy agency GCHQ to get transcripts of conversations involving President Donald Trump.
Judge Napolitano said,
“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice.”
The Judge then dropped a bombshell that has Washington reeling,
“He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database.”
The Judge continued,
“So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this.”

And there it is – the intelligence apparatus is so large, so invasive, that it actually builds in plausible deniability and law breaking by allowing another ally who has access to the NSA dragnet on all communications around the world to provide laws and accountability.
