Michael Moore's plans to go after Trump with a one-man Broadway show
Director Michael Moore is always game to go after the U.S. government, particularly conservative presidents (let's all remember the George W. Bush years).
Beginning in July, Moore will take his high-level criticism to Broadway for The Terms of My Surrender, a one-man play about — well, about "a country that’s just elected a madman," Moore told The New York Times. "I mean, there’s really no other way to put it."
“If one was going to stand on a stage and do the things that I’m going to do, there’s only one place to do it, and it’s here in this city and it’s right here at the epicenter of creative expression and free speech," Moore elaborated to the Times. Read more...
