KLCI on course to end 1H17 on firm note
KUALA LUMPUR (June 29): The FBM KLCI looked set to end the first half of 2017 on a firm note on the penultimate trading day of the second quarter of the year.
At 12.30pm today, the FBM KLCI was up 0.29 points to 1,771.52. The index had earlier risen to its intra-morning high of 1,775.85.
Year to date, the index has gained some 129.79 points as at the noon break today.
Gainers led losers by 323 to 258, while 463 counters traded unchanged. Volume was 730.87 million shares valued at RM601.04 million.
