Temasek Padu exercises its option for 22.55% of KUB shares, makes takeover bid

KUALA LUMPUR (June 17): Temasek Padu Sdn Bhd said today it has exercised its right to buy the 22.55% equity interest in KUB Malaysia Bhd from Minister of Finance Inc (MOF Inc) for RM43.91 million cash or 35 sen per share.

The offer price was a 38.6% discount to KUB’s closing price of 57 sen yesterday.
