We checked out London’s first all-avocado bar where they serve up to 400 a day
Belli Freschi at London street feast Last Days of Shoreditch makes a variety of avocado buns and even deep fried avocado chips.
Choices include the “Beef Avo Burger,” the “salmon fishcake Avo Burger,” and a vegetarian option with buffalo mozzarella.
You can also get an avocado seed to plant at home for £1.
The bar says on a busy day they can get through around 400 avocados.
