KUALA LUMPUR (July 25): Genting Group is among global companies bidding for a 22-year deal to run casinos within Canada's Ontario province, as Ontario authorities seek to outsource gaming operations there, The Globe and Mail reported.

The Globe and Mail, quoting the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp (OLG) and people familiar with the request-for-proposal process, reported the bidders for the project in Ontario's Greater Toronto Area (GTA) included Canada's Brookfield Asset Management and US-based Caesars Entertainment.
