KUALA LUMPUR (July 7): The FBM KLCI fell 0.51% at the midday break today, in line with the weaker regional markets, weighed by select blue chips.

At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI lost 8.97 points to 1,761.56.

The top losers included British American Tobacco (M) Bhd, Ajinomoto (M) Bhd, KESM Industries Bhd, Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd, Bursa Malaysia Bhd, Heineken Malaysia Bhd, ViTrox Corporation Bhd, Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd, Petronas Dagangan Bhd, IOI Corporation Bhd and Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd.
