Malaysia's June palm oil stockpile down on month

KUALA LUMPUR (July 10): Malaysia's June palm oil stockpile fell 1.93% to 1.53 million tonnes, from 1.56 million tonnes a month earlier, mainly on processed palm oil's inventory drop.

The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) said in a statement today that processed palm oil inventory fell 5.16%, while crude palm oil (CPO) stockpile rose 1.23%.

MPOB said total palm oil inventory fell, as the commodity's output and exports declined.

According to MPOB, CPO output fell 8.48% to 1.51 million tonnes, from 1.65 million tonnnes.
