Kal Penn Calls Out Donald Trump For Violating Twitter’s Terms of Service
Several social media users, including actor Kal Penn, are calling out to Twitter to take action regarding Donald Trump’s latest social media post suggesting it may have potentially violated the site’s Terms of Service.
Hey @Twitter, is threatening nuclear war not a violation of terms of service? https://t.co/Gwz2EZHKnu

Penn, who also worked in the White House as Associate Director of Public Engagement under the Obama administration, solidified his claim by using Twitter’s own words. “Seems pretty clear that you can’t threaten mass murder via nuclear war, right @twitter? Asking for 7.4 billion friends,” the 40-year-old actor wrote.

Twitter has declined to give further comments regarding the issue, citing the reason that the company does not discuss individual accounts is for “privacy and security reasons,” The Washington Post reported.
Many users on Twitter have expressed the same opinion as Penn on the matter. American sportswriter and columnist, Pablo S. Torre, agrees that Trump might have broken the site’s rules this time.

This is not the first time Trump has been criticized for his use of the social media platform. Last month, Trump was heavily criticized for posting an edited clip of WWE that features Trump beating up a man with a CNN logo cropped to his face.

Many were not pleased with Trump’s post at the time that some even complained to Twitter to suspend his personal account but to no avail. Complaints were not met as the clip posted did not break any of the site’s rules, according to CNN at the time.
