Najib at MACC over Sarawak solar panel project
PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Najib Razak was called up for questioning by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) again today, believed to be over investigations into a solar panel project for schools in rural Sarawak, among others.
He arrived at the MACC headquarters here at about 9.40am and entered the building through a back door.
He had earlier accompanied his wife, Rosmah Mansor, to the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur for mention of her money laundering cases.
Former education minister Mahdzir Khalid was previously called up by MACC as well over the same case.
In July, Najib’s former special officer was remanded for six days to assist in investigations into the matter.
