Twitter may be down, but you can still tweet. Here's how.
If you're here, it's probably because Twitter is not letting you tweet. You either tried to use the web app and were asked to retry or save your tweet to drafts, or you used the site itself and were told you hit the daily limit for tweets (which is 2,400 per day, so probably not).
No one seems to know what's going on since Twitter no longer has a press department to communicate with and its owner has mysteriously not tweeted about this issue. How could Elon Musk tweet when I just said that you can’t tweet? Because people have found a way. (Never doubt the ingenuity of those who cannot do without scrolling Twitter.)
Having trouble with Twitter? Here are some troubleshooting tips from PCMag's Chandra Steele.
To tweet, you'll need to schedule your message. Go to Twitter.com on the web, type in your tweet, and click the calendar icon. Here, you can schedule the tweet one or minutes in advance.
If you want to tweet today, change the date since the default is set for five days from now.
