The Duke and Troy University football teams are scheduled to meet in the 2023 Birmingham Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 23 at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama. The game is scheduled to start at noon ET/11 a.m. CT. 

Duke comes into the matchup 7-5 overall. Most recently, Duke defeated Pittsburgh 30-19 on Nov. 25. Troy University enters the contest 11-2 overall. On Dec. 2, Troy beat Appalachian State 49-23 in the Sun Belt Conference Championship Game. Entering Saturday, Duke leads the all-time series 2-0 vs. Troy.
