Travis Kelce caught yelling at his coach, instantly becomes a meme

Travis Kelce #87 of the Kansas City Chiefs reacts at Head coach Andy Reid in the first half against the San Francisco 49ers during Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium on Feb. 11, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Getting subbed out of the Super Bowl in the second quarter did not sit well with Kansas Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. It particularly bothered him since it led to a turnover.

The Chiefs were on the 49ers' 9-yard line when Kelce was pulled from the game and replaced by tight end Noah Gray. With Gray in to block, the Chiefs’ Isaiah Pacheco then fumbled the ball, resulting in a Chiefs turnover. The fumble occurred with 11:59 left in the second quarter. San Francisco led Kansas City 3-0 at that point in the game.

Kelce was not happy that he was not in the game on a play that led to his team turning the ball over, and he took it out on Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.

The confrontation was maybe the biggest moment in an uneventful first half.

Here are the best reactions to the Travis Kelce, Andy Reid altercation

Chili's Grill & Bar said, "me begging my dad to take me to Chili’s."

The Art But Make It Sports account likened Kelce's behavior to the painting "The Mocking of Christ" by Carl Heinrich Bloch in 1880.

The Pardon My Take account compared it to a moment in the movie "Billy Madison."

The Kansas City Chiefs faced the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, Feb. 11. This is the first Super Bowl played in Las Vegas.
