Rhythm game Maestro is coming to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Originally released for VR platforms in 2024, the game has players wave their arms about to conduct a virtual orchestra.

Maestro's new Switch port is the first time French developer Double Jack's game will be available on non-VR platforms, with players to use the Switch's handheld Joy-Cons to direct on-screen musicians. A new song is also being added: "Ashes on the Fire" from anime Attack on Titan.

The game's original release included 15 songs, such as Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries" Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake," and Beethoven's "Symphony No. 5." More modern songs such as "Hedwig's Theme" from Harry Potter and the main theme from Game of Thrones were later added in DLC. Judging from the trailer, they'll also be made available in the Switch version.

Maestro will arrive on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on Sept. 17.
