Malakoff gets around A$502m 7Y loan for Macarthur Wind Farm refinancing
SYDNEY (June 21): Malakoff’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary entered into agreement for a term loan on June 15 with Blackrock Real Assets, BNP, ING, Mizuho, OCBC, SG, according to filing.
* Refinancing was in relation to the company’s 50% interest in joint venture of Macarthur Wind Farm in Australia and completed June 20
* Facility secured on non-recourse basis over mortgages of shares, land, lease, fixed and floating charge of assets and assignment rights over the project document
* Borrower: Wind Macarthur Finco Pty
