SOMETHING STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN IN PKR’S ELECTION COMMITTEE: IN KENINGAU, THE SPOT CHOSEN BY SABOTEURS TO ‘KILL OFF’ RAFIZI, AZMIN GETS 381 VOTES, RAFIZI 203 – BUT SURELY THERE MUST BE MORE THAN 584 PKR MEMBERS WHO VOTED IN KENINGAU

MOHAMED Azmin Ali has taken a huge lead over Rafizi Ramli, after the PKR central election committee (JPP) published the full results of the two-day Sabah leg of the party polls.
The results of voting in all 25 Sabah divisions saw Azmin maintain a lead of 1,306 votes, from a total of 9,936 votes, over his rival for the deputy president post, Rafizi, who garnered 8,630 votes.
The results include voting in Keningau, where the tally was delayed following offline voting held at a community centre in the interior district.
The published Keningau results showed that Azmin had won in Keningau with 381 votes against Rafizi’s 203.
He said the JPP was being unfair by using an ill-equipped community centre without proper internet connection as a voting centre.
Overall, after voting in the peninsula plus the results in Sabah, Azmin has a steady lead of 3,166 votes with a total of 62,294 over Rafizi’s 59,128.
Sarawak, with its 29 divisions, is the last state to vote, and polling will be held on Saturday.
Azmin, the deputy president incumbent, has won in 16 Sabah divisions – Tawau, Kalabakan, Libaran, Sandakan, Sepanggar, Beaufort, Kota Belud, Beluran, Putatan, Kudat, Papar, Silam, Ranau, Tenom,  Kinabatangan and Keningau.
Rafizi won in Kota Marudu, Kota Kinabalu, Batu Sapi, Tuaran and Sipitang, Kimanis, Penampang, Semporna and Pensiangan.
Besides Sarawak’s vote on Saturday, seven divisions in three other states will also hold a re-ballot the next day, following problems with the e-voting system.
