Have you heard about Rick Simpson? He is one of the world`s cannabis icons who set off to Belgrade once he learned that there is a debate in regard to the use of marijuana in medicinal purposes.  This man has cured over 5000 people with the help of this plant.

The debate in Belgrade has once again confirmed that Broz was the one who banned the use of cannabis, in all likelihood that this was on Big Pharma`s behalf.  According to Simpson, cannabis has been long used to treat epilepsy, arteriosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and even cancer.  He has used this plant to heal himself about 12 years ago, when he was diagnosed with the most severe form of skin cancer.  “I always say to people – cannabis will heal you, or you will realize that it is the best cure that currently exists in the world,” he told Telegraph.

Back in 2002, after having operated 3 lesions on his face a few times, Rick was told that there is nothing they can do and that his time had run off.  Given the fact that he had done a little research on plants and their properties earlier,  Rick remembered that he had read something about THC`s effects on cancer. He took some cannabis oil right away, poured some of it onto the wounds, secured with a bandage, and waiter for a few days. Amazingly, the wound disappeared within 4 days and his skin became pink again. No one believed him when he told that this had helped him cure himself.  “Everyone laughed at me, but here eleven and a half years have passed, the cancer didn’t return”, he says.

Among all the people he had cure, Rick chooses the last case as the most interesting. Namely, an 80-year-old man was diagnosed with lung cancer and he was told that he had only 48 hours to live. When his son brought him to Rick, the man was in a terrible state, he was barely breathing and his legs were swollen and wounded due to chemotherapy.  Rick advised them to try out cannabis oil treatment, but when the son went to his father`s doctor, the doctor refused to treat him with cannabis. However, he decided to take matters in his own hands and started giving his father cannabis oil. As unbelievable as it sounds, the man started breathing normally within half an hour.

The son checked out his father from the hospital and decided not to give him any of the prescribed medicine anymore. They continued using the cannabis oil and over the course of six weeks he hadn’t needed the insulin anymore and the cancer went in remission within three months. Rick emphasizes the fact that age is not an issue when it comes to this treatment.

Rick started cultivating marijuana as he needed raw cannabis for this treatment. The police had arrested him 4 times in 3 years and everyone who claims that he can cure cancer is sentenced with a jail sentence from 5-40 years.  Rick was sentenced for cultivating, owning and selling marijuana and even though he managed to get out with a fine, he was threatened with 12 years of prison.

Rick was most hurt by the fact that jurors were people who had their family members cured with this treatment. The judge didn’t allow Rick to show the medical records on the oil`s efficacy nor let the patients to testify.  “If you don’t know the meaning of “coward court” go to Canada and you will be clear!” Simpson claims, adding that people in Europe are not brainwashed by cannabis use like in North America.

Extremely disappointed by everything and everyone, Rick gave away his weed to sick people and posted the recipe on phoenixtears.ca. Although there are many fake oils are available and marketed as Rick`s, the truth is that his treatment is specific, consisting of doses of a few drops three times daily.

“The usual dose I give for cancer is 60 grams within 90 days. By the way, it is never late for the patient to start cannabis oil therapy. There isn’t such excuse as, “It is late” … If you ask me if I approve smoking of marijuana, I will tell you it isn’t off course efficient as cannabis oil, but it is scientifically proven that people who smoke marijuana live six years longer than those who don’t”, Simpson explains, adding that all the governments in the world should let people to cultivate cannabis for medical purposes as well as to open pharmacies where people can get it for free.

“Not many people know that cannabis has been used hundreds of years before Christ as one of the most healing remedies. In the ancient Persian religious scripts where among other are described the most healing herbs, the first place had fallen right on cannabis!” Rick says. He also adds that “People have the right to cannabis, free medicine given to them by nature, taken by medical gangsters because of pure greed!”
