Forever In The Clutches Of Satan : Afghanistan

 After a 20 year gap, the Taliban are back, taking over Afghanistan completely. The Americans have lost yet another war. It took about 15 years for the Americans to lose the war in Vietnam (1960 - 1975). It has taken the Americans 20 years to get kicked out of  Afghanistan (2001 - 2021).

About two weeks back the Americans were forced to abandon the Baghram Airbase, the largest American military base in Afghanistan, in a hurry in the middle of the night. The Americans abandoned their posts at 2:30 am in the morning. When local Afghans turned up for work at 7:30 am in the morning they found that the Americans had left without saying goodbyes. 

Reports vary but they say the Taliban now control 85% of the country, or less or more. Once they take Kabul - which looks like a certainty - it is game over for Afghanistan.

Last week the Taliban shot and killed 22 Afghan soldiers who had already surrendered. Here is a video showing the Taliban whipping their favorite enemy - a woman - in the street.  No point saying 'viewer discretion is advised'. Just watch it. 

Whipping women in the street, asking for 15 year old girls to be married to the Taliban fighters, shooting surrendered soldiers etc. Whoopy doo daa. The Satan is back.

There is a difference now. This time Russia and Iran are directly involved in speaking to the Taliban. Plus China is also talking to the Taliban about massive infrastructure investments again.

Will that tame the Yahjuj and the Mahjuj?   I doubt it. 

Misery has arrived again in Afghanistan.
