No, it's not Regina George from Mean Girls.

It's a picture of 16-year-old Namibian model Clarisse Muller, who has got the internet talking because she looks pretty much identical to the character, played by Rachel McAdams, in the hit 2004 film.

Muller's image was posted by a teen magazine called Afterbreak, who suddenly found their tweet going viral because of Muller's doppelganger looksThe magazine's website also crashed because of the immense attention their photo received.
