My comments :

Well folks there is going to be more butt slinging in Court. 

Surely that Solicitor General lady will be called as a witness. Or she should.

The Police who made public statements will be called. Get ready.

That lie detector test will be brought in.

Lie detector cannot be admitted as evidence in criminal cases.

But this is a civil suit - defamation suit. Not a criminal case.

I think that lie detector will be brought in.  Or should be brought in.

Surely Yusuf Rawther can say 'I took the lie detector test. I got straight As. Why didn't you take the lie detector test as well'.

So here is the real story folks. 

Ramkarpal is filing next week. 

Then it will drag for sometime, maybe till the end of 2020. 

Do you honestly think Dr Mahathir is going to hand over the premiership to Anwar while this butt slinging case is still unresolved?

I mean what if Anwar loses the civil suit? It is entirely possible.

Katakanlah, just a hypothesis ok, that Anwar loses this civil suit against Yusuf Rawther, say sometime towards the end of this year. 

What will the verdict be ? Something like this :  "Yes Yusuf Rawther scored straight As in the lie detector test'. 

Then how? 

Will Dr Mahathir still call Anwar and say,  'Aiyya cincai pohcai lah. You take over lah.' 

Somehow I dont think Dr Mahathir is going to hand over power to Anwar - ever. 

Not by May 9th or after the APEC in November or even after that.

And this civil suit against Yusuf Rawther is only going to make matters more sensational.  

Lets see what the cat drags into the yard tomorrow.
