• ¼ cup MCT oil
• 3 Tablespoons Xylitol Powder
• ¼ Cup Calcium Carbonate Powder
• Essential Oils of Choice

Preparation:

• Ground the xylitol n a blender.
• Blend until you see powder
• Add all of the ingredients in the blender
• Blend until you get a homogenous paste
• Store the paste in a glass jar
• Start whitening your teeth
