How to nail gold, silver and bronze with your outfits

With the Olympics fever behind us now, its been nothing but gold, silver and bronze on our lips as we cheer our athletes on. I thought it would be great to incorporate a metallic look for Look Of The Week.

It goes without saying that these shiny hues attract a lot of attention so if you aren’t ready to do a full dress, try a single piece in the form of a skirt or jacket.

The accordian pleated skirt from Raoul will play the main event for our choice this time around. With a slight pink hue to its gold, the peekaboo white tones it down a notch making it easy to use.

Going for something easy and cool, we decided to throw on an Ali Express grey knit sweater with cutouts on the arms for its edge yet feminine silhouette. A pair of grey suede lace-up heels from Simmi adds to the femininity of the ensemble.

Finally, the whole look is rounded up with accessories in the form of a metallic shimmer clutch from Lipsy and metallic tassel earrings from Diane von Furstenberg.
