Ex-IGP Fuzi resigns from Inix board in less than a week
Former inspector-general of police Mohamad Fuzi Harun (above) has resigned as independent and non-executive chairperson of Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd, less than a week after he was appointed to the post.
According to a company filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Fuzi tendered his resignation to “spend more time on personal interest and on-going businesses”.
He is replaced by Syed Mohd Yusof Syed Nasir, who is also a director at Titijaya Land Berhad.
Fuzi was appointed to the board of the IT services company on Dec 2, replacing Macau multi-billionaire Wan Kuok Koi.
Wan had resigned to “pursue other personal interests”, according to an earlier company announcement.
Wan had been appointed to the post on Aug 7 this year. - Mkini
