KLCI pares gains as region stays subdued

KUALA LUMPUR (July 25): The FBM KLCI pared some of its gains at mid-morning today as the regional markets stayed subdued.

At 9.54am, the FBM KLCI was up 1.88 points to 1,763.87. The index had earlier risen to a high of 1,766.47.

The gainers included Petron Malaysia Refining Company Bhd, Magni-Tech Industries Bhd, Hong Leong Bank Bhd, Hengyuan Refining Company Bhd, Hartalega Holdings Bhd, Sunway Bhd, Genting Bhd and Genting Malaysia Bhd.
