Taylor Swift takes the stand in lawsuit claiming she was groped by radio DJ

Taylor Swift took the stand Thursday in the civil trial where she is accusing radio host David Mueller of groping her at a meet-and-greet session before a 2013 performance in Denver. 

The singer's countersuit alleges that the former KYGO-FM host reached underneath her skirt and grabbed her rear end while the two were taking a photo with Mueller's girlfriend. It is a response to the original suit brought by Mueller, where he accused her of defamation after she brought the situation to light.

At the witness stand, Swift reiterated her claims, stating that it was "a grab. A definite grab." 

Per the AP, she also stated that after the incident, she got as far away from Mueller as quick as she could without disrupting the event and cluing in other attendees. Read more...
