Ex-Disney Workers Reveal the Truth About This Place
Being fired is one of those unpleasant surprises a person could get. It could be the spark that will cause the fire of speculations and truths that happen in a particular company.
There are numerous situations where people around you complain about how they were treated in their ex-work place.
You get the image that something is or is not right.
We have a situation like this right here where fired Disney workers reveal the truth about the place. There are so many rules that we are not aware of.
It’s like a prison, with an entirely different label and image.
All employees should follow strict terms of conduct and watch what they say in front of the visitors.
Even though you are all going to say that the company has all the right to forbid the employees to say or do something, check the list and we are going to meet again at the end.
I want to hear your opinion about this.
I agree with some of them, but the others are just outrageous. It means that some of them are excellent. Like the one with giving money to charity.
I’m going to let you be the judge.
Let’s go:
1. Employees of Disney must know everything. There is no room for “I don’t know.”
2. All cast members have sex with each other
3. There is a “Book of Rules.”
4. The word “vomit” is forbidden. It’s replaced with Code-V
5. Everything clients has lost is sold to the cast members if unclaimed
6. Two fingers pointing forward is the rule of the point called “Disney Point.”
7. There are “smellers” that are creating the beautiful and addictive smell
8. Employees are always asked about “What time is the Disney Parade.”
9. Employees MUST follow a certain look
10. Cast members are not allowed to break character
11. You have to learn the language to work there
12. They need to forge a signature of the character they are playing
13. Disney doesn’t discriminate
14. Lying is “another day in the office.”
15. Chip and Dale are the best roles to play in Disney
16. The job comes with great perks
17. There are some characters you can play
18. Vivid tattoos are forbidden for the cast
19. Adults get lost often. Children never.
20. Employees are not allowed to talk about their work
What’s your opinion?
The truth can hurt sometimes. These ex-Disney workers that reveal the truth about this place were hurt more about leaving this place than working there.
That’s my point of view.
Don’t forget to share this with all of your friends. They should visit Disney once in a lifetime.
