DR M & SITI HASMAH GO ‘DATING’ ON NAJIB’S MRT

PETALING JAYA – Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad took to Facebook on Monday morning to share photos of his MRT trip with Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali.

“With my wife taking the MRT Sg Buloh-Kajang today,” said the former prime minister in the casually-captioned photos.

Two of the photos showed them seated together at a station, with another showing Dr Mahathir taking pictures of the train interior.

Aisha Nur said the couple looked like youngsters out on a date, thanking Dr Mahathir for all his ideas on development and transportation in Malaysia: “May Tun and wife always be well.”

Mohd Tarmizi praised the couple as well: “Steady lah… still caring about the country’s development with your own ways.”

Among the many ode-writers was Fah Tung Then, who said Dr Mahathir “is always a source of inspiration to him”.
