A company that Google acquired in 2008 could be the key to its plans to re-enter China
According to the Intercept, Google used a Chinese-based company it acquired in 2008 to test a censored search engine the company planned to launch in China. News came last week that Google will reverse an earlier decision not to censor information in that country.
