An ambitious basic income experiment started by a major Silicon Valley tech accelerator has been delayed
Y Combinator's study to provide basic income to selected participants for five years has been delayed after a pilot program took a lot longer than anticipated. Now, Y Combinator hopes to start the study by mid-2019, and it has partnered with the University of Michigan to oversee the process.
