- You may be in pain
We rarely listen to our body until it screams in pain. When under stress, the body starts breaking down. This may cause stomach problems, diarrhea, ulcers, tense muscles, chest pain and palpitations. You may suffer from aches all over your body, your arthritis may flare up, and headaches and migraines are common when you’re under too much stress. Find the underlying problem and try to resolve it. - You aren’t sleeping well

Stress will exhaust you and reduce your libido, which might cause problems between you and your partner.
