The diet lasts for 90 days and will help you lose 18-25 kg. If you like to lose less than that, you can stop earlier. The plan starts with a protein day, followed by starch day, carb day, fruit day and again, protein day. The breakfast is always the same – either eat two same fruits, or a handful of dry fruits. Here’s what the other parts of the diet plan look like:
Protein day
Lunch: 250 gr. of meat (cooked or roasted), 3 eggs, a piece of bread, salad and soup. You can also eat cheese or milk, but you should reduce the amount of meat in half in this case. You should also eat 1 egg if you eat cheese or milk.
Dinner: repeat the same from lunch sans the soup.
Starch day
Lunch: boiled peas, beans, potatoes and spinach. Season them with salt and ketchup, and take a piece of bread and some salad as well.
Dinner: eat the same food from lunch but in half the amount.
Carb day
Lunch: cooked pasta with ketchup, or pizza with ketchup. You can also have 3 muffins.
Dinner: 2 pieces of cake, 3-4 cookies along with some black chocolate.
Fruit day
The fruit day involves eating fruit for the whole day.
After the end of the 4×7 cycle (29 days), you’ll need a water day. This day involves drinking only water and sugar-free tea. After the fruit and water day, you can start the diet again. You can drink coffee and tea for the duration of the diet, without any added sugar. Avoid drinking juice and sodas, and follow the diet strictly.
The foods in the diet are easily available and are in larger portions than usually. The chocolate is taken in order to avoid allergies. The plan is not quite easy to follow, but be consistent and you will be greatly awarded in the end.
