Final 'Valerian' trailer is one last blast of colorful alien creatures
Hollywood will run out of sequels and reboots before Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets — one of the summer's true originals — runs out of kooky alien species to reveal to us.
Ever since its marketing blasted off last summer at Comic-Con, Valerian has leaned in hard on its kaleidoscope of extraterrestrial creatures, from tiny sentient space lizards to giant sea malevolent creatures — and all sizes and types in between.
