Malaysia postpones Genneva ex-directors sentencing

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 4): Malaysia's Court of Appeal has today postponed the sentencing of four former directors of gold bar investment company Genneva Sdn Bhd after one of them decided to appoint additional lawyers for his mitigation.

The four former directors are Ng Poh Weng, Marcus Yee Yuen Seng, Liew Chee Wah and Chin Wai Leong. It was reported in December last year that the court had convicted them for money laundering and taking deposits without permits.
