For young shoppers hoping to purchase relatively inexpensive gowns online, what arrives in the mail doesn't always live up to what's advertised on the website.
Though knock-off designer dresses are no new thing — WikiHow has a six-step guide to spotting online garment scams — prom season always offers up particularly egregious examples of dress fraud.
