This Man Said Goodbye To Diabetes Without Using Medicine. He Consumed Only… !

Nearly 4 years ago, a man was diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes, meaning that he was forced to use many different things to keep his conditions under control.

This man decided to approach his conditions naturally and started consuming raw fruits and veggies in an attempt to restore his health. Amazingly, he succeeded.

He found that he had been suffering from these conditions by accident. Initially, he felt thirsty at all times and by the time he visited his doctor, he had been already in a dangerous shock. This Man Said Goodbye To Diabetes Without Using Medicine. He Consumed Only… !

Given the fact that his sugar level was 29, he was told by his doctor that his pancreas was no longer functioning. So, in order to stay alive, he had to take insulin on a regular basis.

Not having another choice, he started taking the medications in order to deal with the disease. He engaged in physical activity and took insulin regularly as well.

But, his condition worsened over time and he was even diagnosed with other health issues. Due to the many medications he had been taking on a regular basis, his blood pressure reached to 150/100 and his triglyceride levels elevated to 16.

He was fed up with all this and on New Year`s Eve when everyone had been making their New Year`s resolutions, he decided to change his life and solve his issues once for all.

He saw a show called “The Edge of Science” on TV, which interviewed Dr. John Zirdum, who had been consuming raw foods for over 12 years. Once the show finished, he gave thought to this idea and decided to try the same approach. He bought a blender right away, determined to change his life!

Even though he had some cravings during the first week, he managed to successfully overcome them. Amazingly, his blood sugar levels fell to 5 within a very short period of time.

This is really amazing as he had tried many medications in order to reach the same results. Believing that this diet won`t elevate his sugar levels, he stopped taking insulin. However, he was prepared to go back to the insulin treatment in case they increase again.

Luckily, nothing changed, except for his body weight. His blood sugar levels remained stable and he lost 11 kilograms in only 25 days.

After 4 months, this man is a completely new person! He doesn’t take insulin anymore, his blood pressure is 120/70, his triglyceride levels are 1.4 and he has 20 kilograms less! What`s more, he doesn’t take any pills and feels happy, satisfied and HEALTHY!

Below you have the recipe of his favorite juice. Check it out!

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 apples
  • 5 bananas
  • A handful of kale

Instructions:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Pour ½ a liter of water over them
  • Blend well

Use:

Drink ½ a liter of this juice in the morning and sip the rest of it during the day.

Additional Tips:

In case you decide to follow this diet regimen, you should constantly eat fresh fruits, fruit salads, and tuna. It is recommended to consume tuna as it contains vitamin B12, a vitamin which is vital for the body.

Sticking to this regiment will help you feel full at all times as the brain will know that the stomach is full.
