Mongolian Olympic lifter fails drugs test

RIO DE JANEIRO: Mongolian weightlifter Chagnaadorj Usukhbayar was kicked out of the Olympics on Sunday for testing positive for testosterone, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced.

The 19-year-old, who failed to make the final of the -56kg division, is the sixth weightlifter to test positive at the Games.

Kyrgyzstan’s Izzat Artykov was the most high-profile, having won a bronze medal in the -69 kg.
