The diet plan is simple to follow. The breakfast is always the same: 1 piece of any kind of fruit you like except bananas or grapes. Here’s the diet plan in full:

1 cup of coffee or tea (no sugar)

A cup of yogurt
1 cucumber or lettuce

125 gr. boiled beef

1 rusk
1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
DAY 4
Lunch
125 gr. of cow milk cheese
1 tomato
1 rusk
Dinner
125 gr. of beef (boiled)
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 rusk
DAY 5
Lunch
200 gr. of boiled meat or fish
1 tomato
1 rusk
Dinner
½ a kg. of boiled carrots, peas or potatoes
When cooking the vegetables or meat, add only a pinch of salt. The 6th and 7th day are reserved for a pause; you can continue with the diet on the 8th day. Alcohol is forbidden during the duration of the diet, so make sure to avoid it.
By following the diet plan, you should lose 5-10 pounds in the first 5 days. If you’re persistent and eat every day except Monday, the pounds won’t come back later. Here’s the diet plan for Mondays:
Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice (no sugar)
Lunch: 1 apple and 1 rusk
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 rusk.
The foods can be eaten hot or cold, but you must eat them in the correct order and strictly follow the diet plan. If you don’t or substitute foods that you don’t like, the plan won’t work.
