KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 10): The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) today charged Goh Keng Huat and his wife Wee Siew Ling for insider trading offences under section 89E(2)(a) of Securities Industry Act 1983.

In a statement today, the SC said that the couple was arrested in Singapore on Sunday with the assistance of the Royal Malaysian Police and the Singapore Police Force.
