Teacher Seduces Teen Student With Expensive Gifts, Goes Missing After Running Away Together

A 16-year-old teen in the Philippines has already missed a year of school after running away with a 26-year-old teacher who allegedly romanced him with expensive gifts.

The boy, identified only as “Noel,” was a ninth grade student at Trece Martires City, Cavite when he met Angelika Uy on Facebook and left home to be with her.

 

Speaking to local program News 5, Noel’s parents claimed that Uy had pretended to be a 15-year-old girl when they first met her at their residence.

However, they learned from Noel later that Uy is in fact a 26-year-old teacher who works in Baclaran, Parañaque City.

According to Noel’s mother, prior to running away, Uy showered her son with expensive gifts, including clothes, shoes, and even a laptop. They also discovered later that she receives financial support from her Chinese father and already owns a house in the nearby province of Bulacan.

They expressed further concern after learning that Noel is alone most of the time as Uy only goes home twice a week due to her work. Additionally, they started to have problems in their relationship later.

Noel allegedly threatened to leave home permanently if his parents reported the situation to officials in their barangay, a small local government unit in the Philippines, or the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

“We just want to have our son back,” they told broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo, who hosts a public service show called “Raffy Tulfo in Action.“ “We want him back so he can finish his studies.”

Noel’s mother claimed that she had reached out to Uy’s Filipina mother, but she was pushed away.

“Angelika, please return our son. We already miss him and I don’t want his studies ruined further,” she pleaded on camera.

Tulfo also left a message for Uy.

“Angelika, you have a case here. You will go to jail, especially if you’re seen with the child. You will be charged immediately. If I were you, the best thing to do is convince that child, your boyfriend, a minor, to go home.”
