MIRI: Bill Kayong’s remains arrived at Ar’Rayyan mosque at 10.35am this morning (June 24) to receive its final ablutions and to be prepared for burial.

Jenazah prayers will be performed after the Friday prayers before being buried at the Muslim cemetery at Jalan Lusut, Kpg Tunku Abdul Rahman, Lambir.

Today’s funeral rites come after a two-day wake which saw thousands of mourners gather at his home in Desa Senadin to pay their last respects to Bill, also known as Mohd Hasbie Abdullah.
