KLCI pares loss but set to start 2H17 on lacklustre note

KUALA LUMPUR (July 3): The FBM KLCI pared some of its losses at the midday break today, but looked poised to kickstart the second half of 2017 on a lacklustre note.

At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was down 0.56 points to 1,763.11. The index had earlier fallen to its intra-morning low of 1,756.37.

Losers led gainers by 364 to 269, while 445 counters traded unchanged. Volume was 887.42 million shares valued at RM597.39 million.
