KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 8): Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) said that it has yet to formally receive any notification on the appointment of Datuk Wira Azhar Abdul Hamid as its new chairman.

“Up to 5.30pm today, the company secretaries have yet to receive the notification in writing from The Minister of Finance (Inc) to appoint Datuk Wira Azhar Abdul Hamid as a government-appointed director and chairman of the board of directors of FGV,” it said in a filing this evening.
