Breastfeeding Mom Takes Yoga to Another Multitasking Level

Wow.

I still can’t get enough of this. I’m looking at these pictures and admire this amazing mother who never gave up.

Even though she is breastfeeding her baby, she still manages to do her daily yoga workout.

But, do you know why?

I think that she found a way to deal with her postpartum depression. According to some studies, 20% of women suffer from different symptoms like uncontrollable crying, anxiety, mood swings, and more.

All of these feelings go out to a good night sleep. However, we all know that’s hard to get when you just gave birth to your beautiful baby child.

The woman I was telling you about is Carlee Bunear.

She already went through depression and anxiety thoughts with her two sons. Carlee swore she wouldn’t make the same mistake and leave everything to develop like that again.

The yoga helped her go through difficult times after giving birth of her daughter named Marameylee.

Breastfeeding came out to be a tough challenge for her for the third child. She was struggling during the first weeks.

“I think a lot of moms do struggle during the first could of weeks.”

Carlee told People Magazine that yoga not only helped while nursing her child, but it became something mother-daughter do together.

Take a look at them. They are magical and so peaceful together.
