Billionaire business mogul Mark Cuban doesn’t think investigators are likely to prove that any collusion took place between Russian officials and President Donald Trump during 2016 election.

“There will be no Russian-Trump collusion,” Cuban tweeted Thursday. “They will prove individuals leveraged Trump connection as Get Rich Quick Schemes. True Pay to Play.”

When another Twitter user expressed disagreement with Cuban’s take, he tweeted in response, “I know Trump isn’t smart enough to manage a conspiracy or know when he is being played.”

Cuban said that former National Security Adviser Michael “Flynn etc, saw it as easy money.”

Cuban, the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and star of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” tweeted his thoughts on the matter days after going off on Trump throughout Memorial Day weekend, including when he asked on Twitter for “anyone” to name “one topic relevant to his job as [president] on which you think he is well versed and could have an in-depth discussion about?”

Last month, Cuban tweeted that he believed there was “no chance” the Russia controversy was “a [Trump] led conspiracy,” arguing that Trump is not savvy enough to “pull off” such a plot.

A backer of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton during the general election, Cuban seemed warmer to the idea of a Trump presidency during the primary campaign before souring on the candidate. He’s remained mostly critical of Trump since he took office in January.

Cuban has teased reporters about making a potential run at the presidency himself in 2020.

Earlier this month, Trump fired FBI Director James Comey, who was overseeing the bureau’s investigation into whether any collusion took place between the Trump campaign and Russian officials to interfere in the 2016 election. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller to be special counsel overseeing the investigation shortly after Comey’s ouster.

House and Senate committees are additionally investigating Russia’s role in the 2016 election.
