KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 28): The FBM KLCI fell 1.87 points or 0.1% as downstream crude oil refiners emerged among Bursa Malaysia leading decliners as oil prices rose. Reuters reported that crude oil prices rose after Tropical Storm Harvey struck at the heart of the U.S. energy industry.
