Android tip: Send WhatsApp voice messages without launching the app

Although the feature has been around for a while, I’ve only just started sending voice messages on WhatsApp to save time typing or avoid fumbling with my phone with just one hand free. Now, Android Police has discovered that you can record and beam across voice messages without even firing up the Android app. It’s a piece of cake, and all you need is to have Google Assistant enabled on your phone.
