Latest 'Final Fantasy XV' update lets you dress up like an invincible badass
Final Fantasy XV's latest free update adds one of sci-fi's most beloved conventions: exosuits.
Among other things, the July 2017 update lets each of the four main characters — Noctis, Gladio, Prompto, and Ignis — deck themselves out in Magitek Exosuits. In addition to making them all look like Dead Space rejects, the new armor gives each of them 30 minutes of invincibility per day.
That's an OK perk, I guess.
Also included in the patch is a new quest that doubles as a Walt Whitman reference, called "O Partner, My Partner" and a new wrinkle to combat called "Cross Chain," which is meant to up your combat effectiveness against enemies with high defense. Read more...
