KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 23): Both countries in discussion to export palm-based biodiesel to China as it is looking to implement B5 biodiesel mandate, Plantations Industries and Commodities Minister Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong tells reporters in Putrajaya.
