If a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step, a journey of saving your flooded street should start with a single bucket, right?
That was the thinking of one Florida person who tried to save his street from the perils of flooding. He looked at a very flooded street, and decided to empty it out with a bucket, growing more and more upset at how little his efforts seemed to matter.
