10 TV panels you can't miss at San Diego Comic-Con

Move over, movies — TV has officially taken over San Diego Comic-Con, with almost 100 panels dedicated to our small-screen favorites scheduled to take place over the course of the four day fan fest. 

That means more TV shows in Hall H than ever before — from The Big Bang Theory to Teen Wolf — along with a slew of TV-centric activations popping up around the Gaslamp quarter this weekend. Since it's easy to be overwhelmed by the choice, we've attempted to narrow things down to the 10 TV panels we're most hyped for over the next few days.

Game of Thrones (HBO) Friday, 1:30-2:30 p.m., Hall H 

This will be the first year that Comic-Con's scheduling coincides with the weekly airing of Westeros' Next Top Ruler, which should make for a particularly engaging panel. The cast is always tight-lipped when it comes to spoilers, but all HBO has to do is show a sneak peek of a scene from episode 2 to make it the most thrilling TV presentation in years. The panel will also be moderated by "a special Westerosian guest" — it probably won't be Ed Sheeran, but George R. R. Martin would be an acceptable substitute, providing he's finished The Winds of Winter. Read more...
